Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms", "Terms of Service") carefully before using the LIScrapoX website and Chrome extension (the "Service") operated by LIScrapoX ("us", "we", or "our").

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service.

By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.

1. Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide us with information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password, whether your password is with our Service or a third-party service.

You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

2. Usage of the Service

LIScrapoX is a tool designed to help you find and extract contact information from LinkedIn. When using our Service, you agree to:

• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to data privacy and protection.
• Not use the Service to store or transmit any viruses, malware, or other malicious code.
• Not engage in any activity that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Service.
• Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its related systems or networks.
• Use the data extracted through our Service in compliance with LinkedIn's Terms of Service and other applicable regulations.
• Take responsibility for your use of the data extracted through our Service.

3. Content Ownership

Our Service allows you to extract and collect information from LinkedIn. You acknowledge that LIScrapoX does not claim ownership of the data you extract, and the responsibility for the proper and legal use of such data rests with you.

4. Service Modifications

LIScrapoX reserves the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.

5. Pricing and Payment

Some aspects of the Service are provided free of charge, while others require payment. For paid features:

• You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made through our Service.
• You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card details, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
• We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address.

6. Refunds

Our refund policy provides for a 7-day refund period. If you are not satisfied with your subscription, you may request a refund within 7 days of your purchase. Refund requests made after this period will not be considered.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service or contact us to request account deletion.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall LIScrapoX, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service;
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service;
• Any content obtained from the Service; and
• Unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.
